So for the next two weeks,
I’m really going to push myself at the gym and try to jog in the treadmill for increase period of time. I will be going to Miami the 19th of May, and there might not be a Gym to my availability, so I might have to go running everyday as my exercise. So I need to get my body used to jogging so I can be able to do it when I head to Miami.
And I will definitely not loose much in 3 weeks, but I at least want to be ten lbs lighter, so I can feel a bit more comfortable with myself.
I’ll be going home the 10th as well, which scares me, because being in college makes it easier for you to lose weight due to the fact you’re not around GOOD food. If worse comes to worst I would have to stop the ABC diet, but continue my exercises and just eat less calories as I would normally.
Let’s see how this goes.

1 noteI had a lot to do today, but its finally over.
I successfully finished Day 2 of the ABC diet, I know tomorrow is going to be a challenge but I’m up for it. I had a lot to do, school work that is, but I still managed to go to the gym at the end of the day and burn about 500 calories. I did intake a lot of calories but I manage to still have calories left over. I can’t wait to weigh myself on Saturday, hopefully I lose at least a pound, hate not losing anything. I hope your day was good as well.

It went fairly well, I still had a little over 200 calories left out of 500 at the end of the day. That is only because I worked out 600. ABC Diet Day 2, I’m readyyyyyy :)

It’s been well so far :)
I slept in, so I didn’t have time for breakfast, but I did have a Salad for Lunch and then burned off over 600 calories at the gym :) Yay me!!!!!!!!! I’m currently eating a special K bar because I was getting hungry, but thats okay, because this is my first day in the ABC diet and I have 860 calories left, which I am not planning to consume all.
So far so good, might just have another salad tonight, and call it a day :) Good day thus far, how are you guys doing so far?

So tomorrow I have no classes.
My plan is to go to sleep early, wake up early and have oatmeal for breakfast with yogurt. Go to the Gym for an hour or so, then spend the afternoon studying :)
